I worked with a client where payments are received via IVR. Since the payment is happening over the phone, we faced a challenge keeping the customer on call more than 45 seconds for the overall transaction to happen. I received tremendous appreciation from the client and my team for driving performance improvement of the model and for bringing the overall payment transaction to less than 10 seconds.
