Marketing Analytics

The Marketing team at Ideal Image is looking for a talented CRM marketing analyst able to use data along with customer insights to inform marketing strategies including: campaign targeting, the development of KPIs and reports to measure performance and a robust, multi-channel testing roadmap. This position will play a key role in the continuous optimization of our CRM campaigns aimed at driving retention and customer loyalty. A successful candidate will be accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to analyze and resolve complex situations.

Responsibilities will include developing technical solutions, analyzing client database for targeting/insights, creating, tracking and maintaining campaigns using automation tools, creating marketing-centric reports and dashboards and providing production support as required. Key focus will be on data analysis and leveraging technology to improve Ideal Image’s member engagement, competitiveness and performance.

Work closely with key partners across Marketing, IT, Field and Data Analytics teams to define campaign KPIs and establish performance measurement frameworks and track ROI.

Build automated digital marketing workflows, tracking and reporting.

Support direct marketing and email teams with additional targeting and reporting.

Establish understanding of customer segments informed by data, develop recommendations for further optimization and leverage segments to target the optimal customer.

Maintains knowledge and understanding of current trends, laws, and issues affecting area of expertise such as CASL and TCPA.
