SAYANDEB BANERJEE

Co-Founder and CEO
Sayandeb has been in the analytics industry since its nascency. He has worked both, as a part of a large enterprise, setting up analytics capability, and as a service provider working with various enterprises. He has spearheaded multiple analytics transformations for organizations over his 20+ years of experience. Sayandeb was the first employee of the largest pure-play analytics services company and as Head of Delivery, was responsible for building a team of over 5000 employees. He played several intrapreneurial roles like designing training and pedagogy, establishing hiring practices, innovation, marketing & communications. He was also one of the founding members of GE Capital’s analytics center.

ADITYA KUMBAKONAM

Co-Founder
Aditya has over 13 years of experience in helping organizations fulfill their analytics charters. He has successfully spearheaded multiple analytics transformation journeys for some of the world’s largest Retail, CPG and Manufacturing organizations. He is a core data science practitioner with expertise in applying machine learning, deep learning and advanced statistics to solve complex business problems. Aditya has an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. After this, he spent a decade working with the CXOs of Fortune 500 organizations to institutionalize a culture of experimentation and leverage enterprise-wide data to create “one version” of truth.

ANUJ KRISHNA

Co-Founder & Head of Assets
Over the last 13 years, Anuj has worked with multiple enterprises on both, the translation side as well as the execution side of analytics. He has successfully helped multiple organizations realize the true potential of analytical projects. Post his engineering degree at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Anuj has worked in the analytics industry, primarily helping enterprises in the Pharmaceutical, Hospitality & Financial sectors. He has worked extensively with CXOs at location to develop analytical strategies and take them to execution. Anuj has helped create standard processes for analytical problem solving that are in use in multiple enterprises. His in-depth experience of working through problems gives him a unique perspective to identify gaps in current processes and effective means of fixing them.
