With unlimited DVR and multi streams devices, Philo is a full featured product with multi-platform availability across web, apps and connected TV so that customers can watch where and when they choose.
Headquartered in San Francisco and led by one of the founding members of Facebook’s team, Philo began its journey on college campuses, where over 90% of student users expressed a desire to take Philo with them post-graduation. Our success in the collegiate space prompted the exploration of a product that would be available to everyone. Philo is also inspired by the inventors of television who hoped TV could help communities share stories and be less ignorant of one another.
